Arrival in Ghanna

We arrived in Accra, exhausted but excited on Nov 11th at about 12 noon. We were greeted by our dear friends Joan & Robert Smith. Their job was to keep us awake until bedtime later that night so we could attempt to get on Ghana time as soon as possible. We had lunch at their apt and toured the West Africa Area offices/temple grounds. We met many amazing people but I am afraid were too tired to remember them.Then were delivered at our mission president's home. We found out that our apartment is not ready yet so we will stay at the mission home until it is.

Pocatello

Playing with the grand kids in Pocatello. Of course the girls sleep with me! Such cute kids-we will miss.

Miami to See BJ, Jewel & Cayson

Our trip to Miami in October was amazing. We went on an airboat ride in the Everglades. Trick or treating on Miracle Mile. Fun to be with family before heading off to Africa.
